Brittany Alvarez brings over 15 years of workplace accessibility, service and team engagement, human resources, multimedia communications, and project management expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and a Master of Science in Project Management. In 2023, Brittany earned the prestigious Certificate in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), demonstrating her dedication to fostering inclusion and accessibility.
As an accessibility advocate, Brittany has a proven track record of aligning organizational values with actionable strategies to create more inclusive documents, presentations, websites, services, and environments. Her journey into accessibility started with a personal connection to disability, which fueled her passion for ensuring equitable access for all.
Brittany candidly shares her lived experiences with ADHD and how they shape her perspective and work. She empowers organizations to integrate accessibility into their core practices, fostering a more inclusive environment for both employees and clients.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys exploring new restaurants, seeking out adventures, and spending quality time with her two golden retrievers, Styles and Spyro. Brittany’s personal philosophy is: “Inclusivity has always been part of my DNA. Accessibility is often overlooked, but I am committed to bringing it to the forefront of everything I do.”
